(1). What is your main products ?
Our main products are bandage dresses, party dresses, evening dresses & wedding dresses.
Also we provide designing service and fabrics & accessories searching for client.
(2). Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional industrial enterprise manufacturing party dresses, evening dresses &
wedding dresses more than 10 years history, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
(3). How many people are there in your factory? What is the monthly production?
Our factory have more than 50 workers, and the monthly production capacity is 20,000 pieces.
(4). Can you design for me?
Yes our designer can make the artwork for your confirmation before sampling and mass production.
(5). Should i provide size chart?
Our product details page has the size chart for your reference. If you need to customize your own size,
you can contact the customer service and provide the specific size chart.
(6). Can I have my own bags/labels/tags and logo?
We can customize not only the bags/labels/tags and logo , but also design packing materials like
color box and carton box as your request. We can make them fast once you provide the digital file
and size of your logo/label/tag.
(7). What's the sample costs & process and how long it takes?
The sample costs=fabric sourcing cost+labor cost+shipping cost+accessory/printing/embroidery cost.
It can be refundable when client place the bulk order.
After you show us the details/tech pack/sketches/original sample, we will make the first round sample
as close as request, then take photos or videos show to customer for feedback and suggestions.
Then make the second round improvement sample and show customer for advice. After approve,
we will make a pre-production sample before start the mass production.
Usually sample time takes 7-10 days.
(8). What's the minimum order quantity?
We accept small order quantity 1pc-50pcs. Price will be higher for small quantity and lower for large quantity.
For the designs in stocks, you can order 1pc.
(9). How about the goods quality & QC standard?
We have cloth inspection, washing inspection and sampling inspection; semi-finished garment inspection,
finished garmnet inspection, random inspection. Our QC team check goods very strictly before packing.

(10). What's your payment terms?
For bulk order by T/T(50% in advance and the balance be paid before delivery),or MIC online payment is
also accepatalbe. For small quantity by Western Union.
(11). What's the shipping methods & how long the delivery time?
For door to door delivery, we use DHL, EMS, UPS, DPEX, etc,
For order quantity less than 5 cubic meters goods, usually we use LCL shipment by boat
For order quantity about 28 cubic meter, then we book 20ft container by boat
58 cubic meter needs 40ft container; 68 cubic meter needs 40HQ container.
By official express DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS, it takes 4-7 working days
By discount agents express takes 7-12 working days
By air takes 7-14 working days(goods input to warehouse, waiting for air line, custom clearance).
By boat takes 18-30 working days (fast boat 18-22 working days, slow boat 25-30 working days)
(12).What about the production time? Can we receive our goods on time?
For simple designs, it takes 10-18 working days after pre-production sample confirmed.
For complex technique designs, it needs 25-40 working days.
Exact delivery time depends on the orders' quantities.
