Product Feature:

The cnc machines SWZ700D/9 is mainly composed of main body, CNC slipway, drilling spindle box, support roller,electric system, hydraulic system, cooling system, etc..
The machine tool adopt a fixed bed and workpiece movable structure.The bed is welded by beam steel and steel plate. After sufficient heat treatment, it has the advantages of good rigidity and stable performance.
The machine tool have three CNC sliding table,namly fixed side CNC sliding table .the moving side CNC sliding table and upper uint CNC sliding table. The three sliding tables are similar in structure, and they are all composed of a carriage, a sliding table and a servo drive system.
The machine tool has three drilling spindle boxes. Each drilling spindle box is equipped with three drilling spindles. Three types of drills can be clamped. They are installed on the fixed side, the movable side and the upper unit CNC sliding table respectively. Horizontal and vertical drilling can be processed into three different apertures on the workpiece.
The self-control stroke drilling power head used in this machine is our company's patented technology. It can automatically perform fast forward-work forward-fast reverse conversion without manually setting the length of the drill bit and the thickness of the workpiece. This kind of conversion is realized through the combined action of machine, electricity and liquid, which is reliable in work and convenient in maintenance.
The spindle speed of each drilling power head is controlled by the frequency converter, steplessly adjusted; the feed speed is steplessly adjusted by the speed control valve.
Workpiece clamping adopts hydraulic clamping,workpieces are fixed and calmped from horizontal direction an the vertital direction .
The machine is equipped with the detection for workpiece width and workpiece web height,which can automatically compensate
for machine errors caused by the irregular workpiece outline improve the machine accuracy.
It adopts a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication device is used for regular and quantitative lubrication of certain linear guides and lead screws, and other lubrication points are lubricated by manual lubrication.
When drilling, the aerosol cooling method is used to cool the drill bit, that is, it is realized by air + high-pressure water, which has the advantages of low coolant consumption and low cost. The flexible nozzle is installed on the spindle box, which can easily adjust the spray position of the nozzle, so that it can always cool the drill bit.
Equipped with a chip box device, located under the main machine of the drilling machine, used to collect iron chips generated during drilling.
