Highlights of machine:
1.This machine can make Kraft/poly/pearl film/aluminized and bubble laminate bags.
2.The machine can make bags either in one line or twin lines.
One pcs one time maximum width of making: 590mm(include the envelope flap)
Two pcs one time maximum width of making:270mm (include the envelope flap)

3.The machine can connect the bubble film without stopping.
This machine uses English"TRIO"motion controller to control the machine full closed-loop.
5.Three photoelectric eye tracking system which can adjust the tension of film when sealing to avoid film stretching when sealing effectively. And the electric eye is independent tracking the cutters when making printed material.
6.This machine uses "YASKAWA"double servo for fixed length.
7.Double work position unwinding frame of hot melt glue machine.
8.This machine is equipped with several film deviation controlling system to control the folding part.
9.This machine is equipped with independent computer deviation rectifying in the condition of single work position unwinding.
Introduction of machine
1.This machine is professional designed one to make Kraft bubble mailers and poly bubble mailers in one lines and twin lines.
2.The way of bag making: Laminate the poly film/Kraft paper and PE bubble film together by hot roller, and then fold the laminated material, next heat pressing and cutting into standard laminated bubble envelops.
3.This machine uses advanced motion controller technology. It is controlled by computer program from film unwinding to cutting. This machine is a high-quality , easy-operational and professional one to make good-looking and durable bubble mailers.

Two sets of YASKAWA AC servo motor for fixed length.
Imported high speed three photoelectric eye tracking system
The machine has functions such as auto-counting, alarming, stopping when a set of bags been made, and showing bag number, sealer and cutter stop at the highest position etc.
cutter part The machine is equipped with cold cutter of mechanical coordinated type, which check the color mark, and then the stepper motor moves the cutter front and rear to cut the materials. This part has Plexiglas protectors.
This machine sent an extra set of cold cutter.
3.Fixed length part
This machine adopts double servo for fixed length. Two sets of servo are both belt clamp type fixed length.
4.Hot glue part:
This part is equipped with hot glue spraying device which can adhesive the hot melt glue and material together when material moves.
It has a function of transfer type incontinous glue spraying.
5.Sealing part
The machine adopts high-power vector inverter for speed regulator.
Mechanical Pressing type shaping.
The width of hot sealing is 20mm 3 sets
Cold press shaping device(including flat knife , serrated knife and cooler)

6.folding parts
Fold the laminated material by fold roller.
Double use folding frame(Both for one line use and twin line use). Can operate at only one side of the machine.
7.Feeding part
This part can feed laminated material automatically through the redundancy swing arms.
The machine adopts vector inverter as speed regulator and the feeding motor is equipped with a reduction gear box.
8.Laminating
Automatic unwinding of film. Feeding material by swing arms with equal tension.
The surface of heat laminated roller is protected by"teflon"material.
Feeding the laminated material by redundancy swing arms.
9.Nonstop connecting film part
This part is equipped with functions such as tailing fusing, heat press connect and three rollers redundancy device which can stably send the material to folding position.
10.Bubble unwinding part(Optional part)
This part adopts rotary unwinding frame. Cantilever type air shaft, mechanical friction to control tension.
And this part is also equipped with synchronous motor for deviation rectifying.
11. Paper or film unwinding part
This part adopts synchronous motor for deviation rectifying and it can feed the material automatically by swing arms with equal tension.
Magnetic powder for tension control.
One 3 inches air shaft and one 3 inches mechanical shaft.
12.transforming platform part
Transforming by belt, which can transform the produced envelopes in order.
This parts is steel machine body.
