Aluminium-magnesium-manganese alloy roofing panel is a new type of roofing panel. Aluminium-magnesium-manganese alloy has been widely used in the construction industry, playing an important role in the development of modern buildings in the direction of comfort, lightweight, durability, economy and environmental protection. Due to the advantages of moderate structural strength, weather resistance, stain resistance and easy bending and welding processing, it is widely recognised as a roofing and external wall material with a service life of more than 50 years for building design.

Fluorocarbon colour coated aluminium-magnesium-manganese coil, with its beautiful, light weight, easy processing, durability and recyclable performance, is favoured in various large-span metal roof structures and corrugated insulation systems. Typical alloys: A3004, A5052, A5754; Typical width: 575mm, 578mm, 580mm, 595mm, 600mm, 1000mm, can be slit to any width according to customers' requirements; Typical thickness: 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm; Conventional coatings: 25-28 microns for PVDF2 coating, 35-28 microns for 3 coating. Conventional coating: PVDF 2 coated 25-28 microns, 3 coated 35-38 microns, common silver grey, bright silver, champagne silver, pure white, hammer embossing, etc..
Coated Aluminium Coil
Coated aluminium coils, i.e. "roll coated aluminium coils", means that aluminium coils are pre-coated with colours before they go through the forming process of shearing, bending, rolling, etc., which is different from the spraying method (spraying paint after forming). Currently in the construction market, used in the building surface metal materials, specially designed for the construction of colour coated aluminium, high-speed continuous automatic operation of the roller coating line, the coating is more uniform, stable; a one-time can ensure that the front side and the reverse side of the two layers of coating molding, more efficient, to avoid the surface of the aluminium coil paint coating in the multiple processing is overbaked.
