Product Description

This machine is suitable for mass production of shaft parts, grinding end faces and external circles at the same time; it can grind multiple steps and end faces at one time if the grinding wheel width is satisfied, and it can realize form grinding. The more complex the shape of the part, the more the advantages of the machine can be realized;

1.The main body of the machine tool is cast by cast iron, with a fully enclosed protective cover, a backpack type electrical cabinet in the rear and a rotary operation screen in the front.
2.The grinding wheel spindle adopts sleeve type or dynamic and static pressure spindle, the grinding wheel frame guide rail adopts steel guide rail, the worktable guide rail adopts Flat-V plastic lubrication guide rail, and the servo motor is used to drive the feed mechanism and the worktable to move through ball screw.
