CKD-TL3D can cave 3D relief on metal, can mark contents on irregular face by automatically focusing. It usually used for micro-carving of complex ornaments, stamps and logo marking on uneven materials.
PROCESS MATERIAL:
* All metal: 3D relief on stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, alloy, etc.
* Some non-metal: Hook face logo printing on ABS, PVC, acrylic (non-transparent), ceramic, EP, HDPE, PC, plastic alloy, ink and paint face, etc.
Examples of 3D relief or 3D engraving.
ADVATAGES OF CKD-TL3D: Compact machine, smaller footprint than CNC machine. High laser scan speed of 15000 mm/s. Non-contact laser engraving, no need consumables of carving knives. Can engrave tiny details, more accurate. All-in-one, input 3D design into computer and engrave directly. Multi-purposes, can mark few different logos on different level on a multi-faceted or irregular material.
Examples of hook face marking, such as raised, concave, curved, spherical faces, stages or a slope.
CKD-TL3D has three ways to adjust focus:
1. auto-focus when using 3D relief function, the user does nothing after set all data by computer.
2. e-focus by a control box when need fast adjust or initial install.
3. manual-focus as standby function.
Enhanced security, CKD LASER matches this type both outside focus tool and manual focus wheel, incase emergency situation.
CKD-TL3D machine automatically alarm once a long-time process finish, free the operator's monitoring work.
Set the USB port on the desk, easier access to files, input or output.
Built-in professional industry computer for laser, i7 processor, 8G internal storage, 120G solid state disk + 500G mechanical hard disk, with professional 3D marking software. 3D marking software is optional, EzCad3 or 3DMM.
Highly modular, strict and tidy internal process, fully considered constructure, easily self-repair by operator.
CKD-TL3D has 220V and 100V, users can choose voltage in advance, as well as plug of power cable.

About MOPA and Q-switched: MOPA can reduce quench, with high laser peak power and fit more materials, Q-switched laser is economic compared with MOPA.
