The host computer of microcomputer control system is OPC industrial control computer. Industrial keyboard, advanced selection, reliable performance and high control accuracy. The microcomputer control program adopts adaptive control technology. Under any conditions, the movement relationship between the core die and the guide head is strictly maintained, which has strong adaptability and can automatically correct errors. When producing different products, it is very convenient to change the speed ratio relationship through the method of parameter satisfaction, and the system can store n product parameters. The color Chinese display interface is adopted, which requires few input parameters, flexible and convenient parameter setting, and has alarm and protection functions. Equipped with manual/automatic switching function, which is convenient for users to operate.
