Electroplated diamond wire saw is expertly manufactured by electroplated diamond beads and assemble with rubber and springs and for professionally cutting steel pipe, sunk ship, steel constructures.
Our diamond wires work well with almost brands wire saw machine on the market.
There is basically no limit towards the depth or shape of a wire saw application.
We offer various types of diamond wires that has different diamond densities and diamond bead diameters including sintered, electroplated and vacuum brazed options.
Common diameters of electroplated diamond wires are 10.5/11.0/11.5mm with 40beads per meter.
