Heat Transfer Machine Instruction Manual This machine can heat transfer the color patterns and characters of sublimation and solvent inks on cotton, linen, chemical fiber, nylon and other fabrics, and can also perform hair flocking heat transfer and foam printing processes. Heat treatment, and the bonding of low temperature and low pressure lining and fabrics of clothing, such as children's clothing, shoes and hats, etc. It can also be used to produce small batches of handkerchiefs, hats and other daily necessities for ironing and shaping.
3. Operation Note: The whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire.
1. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on immediately.
2. Adjust the thermostat to the required temperature. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the indication on the upper part of the thermostat goes out, and the work can be started at this time.
3. Adjust the time controller to the desired time.
4. Put the clothes on the lower ironing board, then put the heat transfer paper (pay attention to the front and back of the heat transfer paper), and press the handle down hard until the end point. Note: Do not use more than 30kg, otherwise the handle may be deformed.
5. When the time controller for hot stamping is up, the buzzer will sound, and the handle will be lifted up to its original position.
4. Matters needing attention: 1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too large, adjust the pressure regulating knob behind the machine to increase the pressure in a clockwise direction; otherwise, reduce the pressure;
2. Time: When the hot stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not ring or keeps ringing, if it is not comfortable, it must be adjusted to an appropriate position;
3. Temperature: When the adjusted temperature is reached, the pointer of the thermostat points to the "180°C" position (about 5 minutes to arrive). If the thermometer rises and the heating plate does not heat up, please check the circuit.
4. When the handle is pressed down to the end, release the hand and the handle will automatically rise back up. Please adjust the adjustment knob downward. 5. When the hot stamping is completed, the handle can be lifted up and it is difficult to adjust the adjustment knob downward.
