SandPIPER pumps are widely praised for their simple design, numerous features, advanced technical features, and excellent performance in a variety of industrial applications. The newly designed SandPIPER ⅱ metal pump provides aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel and Hastelloy pump body materials. Widely used, can meet all kinds of industrial liquid transport requirements. In conveying no particles, low to high viscosity medium can provide special suction lift.
Product features: safety explosion-proof gas source for power, will not produce sparks, thoroughly explosion-proof. The SandPIPER pump can be used in explosion-proof environment.
Good anticorrosion performance of the pump body material selection, according to the corrosion characteristics of the medium to choose the best material. Can be used in a variety of corrosive media.
No sealed design, no motor -- no leakage
Due to pneumatic and no seal design. No motor, no leakage, no environmental pollution.
Conveying wear media and shear media
Because of the low inner body flow rate, can transport high wear medium and shear medium, will not cause damage to the pump and medium.
Conveying viscous medium

Completely imbibition

Side and double exits - special purpose.
Bypass and return valves are not required
When the outlet pressure equalizes with the driving pressure, the pump automatically stops, SO SIMPLY CLOSING the outlet and the pump STOPS, eliminating the need to INSTALL an EXPENSIVE bypass system.

ESADS PLUS (external maintenance air valve system);
WARREN RUPP's patented design eliminates the need for lubrication, and repairs are performed from outside the pump body, resulting in significant savings in repair time and downtime, saving customers money and increasing productivity.
