Product description:
The waste tyre recycling machine is a large complete set of equipment that separates and recycles the three raw materials contained in the tire: rubber, steel wire and fiber at room temperature. The waste tire processing production line can recover tires in the diameter range of 400-3000mm according to customer requirements, with strong applicability, the discharge size can be controlled in the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h. The production line runs at room temperature without any chemical additives and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. The production line adopts PLC control system, easy operation and maintenance, low energy consumption, long service life and so on.
For different tire characteristics and productivity requirements, it may includes below machines:
1. Tire debeader/ tire drawing machine
For pulling out steel lops from tire sidewall in one time (2-heads hook) or in two times (1-head hook)
2. Tire shredder (double-shaft shredder)
For shredding debeaded tires into 50*50mm rubber blocks.
3. Rubber Rasper
Crushing 50*50mm rubber blocks into 10-15mm rubber granules, and separate 98% steel wires by magnet separator.
4. Rubber granulator
For crushing 10-15mm rubber granules into 1-7mm rubber granules.
5. Rubber mill
For milling 1-7mm rubber granules into 30-120mesh rubber powder.

Application:
Kowloon tire recycle plant is mainly used for crushing steel wire tires, radial tires and various waste rubber products into rubber granules or rubber powder with required fineness.
