Brief Introduction:
The palm fiber making machine can extract fiber from palm kernel and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The material is fed into the machine by belt conveyor or manul, and extracted to fiber through the blades rotating in the machine. The residual is separated and the fiber is discharged. At that time, it can be connect by the conveyor to the drum screener, dryer, fiber press machine to make further process. The output fiber can be used for making mattress, pulp and papers. We keep improving our technology and design of FEB long fiber making machine to maximize the fiber length and quality.
A) There is no strict requirement for raw materials' moisture content.
B) Durable blades with 4 cutting corners, made from alloy tool steel. When one cutting corner is worn down, turn to others. one set of blades has long working life as 4800 hours (8 months if 20 working hours per day). Low spare parts cost.
C) Electric control panel: has been included and will be delivered together with fiber making machine.
D) There are increase power type and internal-combustion engine type for each model to choose.
2. Operating Principle of the palm fiber making machine :
The palm fiber making machine is fixed electric type, and it can be made with diesel engine or mobile trailer type.
A) palm fiber silk making machine is used to extract fiber from material like oil palm, palm and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The fiber is used to make mattress, shoe-pad, seat cushion etc.
B) There are mainly two types: sigle drum and double drum type. The single drum type fiber extracting machine is suitable for almost all the palm material, the double drum type is suitable for the mateial, which requires high quality fiber or dry coconut shell.
C) Palm pipeline include: palm shell carbonization activation furnace, palm silk dryer, palm open wire feeder. We enter the Malaysian market, customers will greatly reduce the cost of investment to ensure the recovery of investment costs within six months.
