Function and Characteristics:
This line can be simple soft thermal bonded wadding for the cushion or pillow, and also can include several sets of carding machine and cross lapper to product the down-like wadding used as comforter, bedding liner, garment filling padding and so on. With several sets of carding machine and cross lapper, the product evenness is much better. And the line is very flexible for the material fiber. For different carding machine, you can use different denier fiber and you can save some manufacturing cost to increase the product competitiveness. With the bonding media of low melt fiber, it is more environment friendly.
The product from this line with several sets of carding and cross lapper is more soft and more fluffy, better hand feeling. In the market, the product is also very popular and very competitive.
The product from the line with one set of carding machine and cross lapper is at the lower level in the market. While, the investment cost is also cheaper than the line with several sets of carding and cross lapper.

Bale opener→pre-opener→blending machine→main opener*1/2/3/4→vibration feeder*1/2/3/4→carding*1/2/3/4→cross lapper*1/2/3/4→Single belt thermal bonded oven→cooling machine→Ironing machine→winder & cutter
