1.Product introduction and use
XHC715A vertical machining center of X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct connects controled half closed loop, 3 axis are rectangular quenching hardened rail, guideway wide, large span, structure and dimension is compact and reasonable,spindle servo motor driving, the capacity of tool magazine 16 or 24 optional( XKC715A is cnc milling machine, without tool magazine).Can be achieved for a variety of plate, plate and shell, a complex parts, such as CAM, mold clamping, complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, are suitable for many varieties, medium small batch products of rough and finish machining, Can match the fourth axis of rotation, in order to meet the processing requirements of special parts.

The X, Y, Z guideway are widen rectangle sliding guide rail, the Y direction guideway is the 4 guideways structure, and the intermediate frequency quenching and precision grinding, high rigidity;the surface of the slide guideways paste the PTFE material and precision lapping, with automatic forced lubrication, reduce feed movement of the friction resistance, reduce the low speed crawl, improve the accuracy of machine tool life;
