1 Introduction:
The grasping forcpes is used for traction to the tissue, and a fixed clamp in the laparoscopic surgery. According to the damage degree of the grasped tissue, the grasping forceps are divided into two types, the invasive and non invasive. Commonly used serrated grasping forceps, mouse tooth shaped grasping forceps, spoon shaped bite grasping forceps. Outside diameter is 5mm and 10mm, length of 330 mm, the instrument handle director has two type, ratchet shaped lock and non-lock, it is just up to doctor's using habit. But ratchet shaped lock can help mitigate the operation manual fatigue.
The forceps can be disassembled for cleaning into 3 individual components (inside grasping head, insulating tube, handle).
