Product Description
The PSD is an updated model based on PD series ,this model is CNC gantry moveable drilling machine with high speed drilling spindle,used widely in bridge , steel structure, tower transmission joint plate drilling work.
They are specially suitable for the small workpiece with less holes , suitable for customer who care about high efficiency in steel structure and tower transmission filed
MAIN PROCESSING STEPS
1. Loading and fixing the material on the worktable.
2. Send the program to the CNC.
3. Start Drilling. Drilling operation can be applied from the spindle. It can also drill blind hole if necessary.
4. The machine will change the tools for different diameter or marking if necessary.
5. The chips can be moved out to the chips box by the chip cleaner.

THE PRODUCT STRUCTURE FEATURES
1.The machine bed is heavier than PD series, with thicker plate completely welded , while other suppliers using square pipes inside and only outsie using steel plate to save the cost
2. Double rails , lead screws, motors on both sides of the machine bed , two rails : one fix on the top side of bed, the other on the side , much stronger and heavier force load capacity
3. Installed on back side of gantry, save space and cost for independent cabinet
4. Controller adopts CNC controller system, more intellegent and easy operation on PC board, standard configuration is KND, Siemens control system is optional.
5.is servo motor feeding , holes diameter range φ12-φ50mm, with BT50 spindle
Maximum rotation speed 30-3000rpm/min
Coolant : inner and outside coolant
6.Guide Rail adopts famous HIWIN brand, 45mm width , installed at side of bed, save the space and increase the Y stroke
7. Equipped with remote controller, with magnetic can put any position on machine body, very convenient for operator
8. Equips with auto lubrication system, regularly pumps the lubricating oil into each and every parts including blocks, ball screws and bearings, avoid manual tedious lubrication work, prolong the usage life of parts
