High rigidity, heavy cutting, and high stability. It adopts an integral cast inclined bed, a 45° inclined bed structure, and a thick reinforced rib design to minimize distortion and thermal deformation.
4-axis linkage simultaneous machining, dual-spindle dual-turret design, under the control of the multi-axis multi-channel CNC system and post-processing program, can not only complete 4-axis linkage processing, but also realize automatic U-turn processing of parts and simultaneous rough and finish turning , with a series of multi-functions such as two spindle processes that do not interfere with each other.
2 sets of feed axes. The highest configuration of this series has two sets of X, Y, and Z feed axes. Two sets of Y axes are hard-rail orthogonal Y-axis structures, providing the machine tool with sufficient milling capabilities.
Low resonance and high precision. When the equipment is processing in both directions at the same time, the maximum resonance value caused is less than 5%, and its performance is particularly outstanding. The static docking accuracy of the dual spindles can reach 0.005mm, and the synchronous docking accuracy can reach 0.01mm, which can meet most customer needs.
Modularization and flexible matching. In order to meet the needs of the market, the structure also has the characteristics of modular design, which can realize flexible structural matching according to needs.
Opposing dual spindles, the left and right sides can be processed at the same time, greatly shortening the processing time.
The upper and lower turrets are equipped with milling functions (the upper turret is equipped with a Y-axis) and can install up to 48 tools.
