Product descriptions:
Use-method
1.1,Clean the base material surface to ensure no oil and dirt.
1.2,Cut the cartridge mouth, poke the aluminum film with a nozzle.
Put on the nozzle and extrude the glue with a caulking gun.
1.3,Light material sticking method: Put a proper amount of glue
on the back of material that needs to be sticked, then put on the base material,
then press tight and fit.
1.4,Heavy material or fast bonding method: After glue, pressurize and
tighten up the material, then gently pull open. Air for 1-2 minutes,
then pressurize and tighten up the material again.
1.5,Large material no need separation bonding method:
Glue on the surface of both material that need to be sticked,
scrape the glue evenly with a scraper. Air for 3-5 minutes,
then pressurize and tighten up the material.
1.6,After pressurize and tighten up the material,
24 hours to reach the use of strength. 72 hours to reach the best strength.
Attentions
2.1,Liquid nail belongs to solvent volatile product. There will be
shrinkage after drying. Shrinkage ratio is related to Solid content.
2.2,To achieve fast bonding method effect, must operate
according to the above methods after glue: pull open the material 1-2 minutes
then pressurize and tighten up the material again. If not operate
according to the above methods, but bond directly, then there will be
a slight displacement and there will be fall off phenomenon when the material is deformed.
2.3,The main function of the liquid nail is the adhesion.
It can not be used for sealing. This product is not elastic and aseismic.
2.4,Clean up the extra glue with solvent (Tian Na water, banana water, etc)
if the extra glue not dry. If the extra glue dry, then strike off the Exserted glue.
2.5,.This product can not used to stick the materials which are over 80ºC.
2.6,This product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
Take off the caulking gun after use. Put this product upright.
Hint and warning
This product is a chemical product. A slight corrosive reaction to
foam, mirrors, paint and mercury. Avoid long skin contact.
It must be used in the ventilation. Far away from high temperature and fire.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid polluting water source.
After empty packing and unfinished products are dried,
please treat them with environmental protection
