Part 1: Pre-treatment system

Pretreatment is the process of thoroughly cleaning the scale, rust, grease, dust and other dirt on the workpiece surface before powder coating, so as to make the coating powder firmly combined with the metal surface and have strong adhesion, so as to obtain high quality and prolong the service life of the product. The powder coating pretreatment include mechanical or chemical: Mechanical cleaning includes shot blasting and sand blasting.
Chemical cleaning includes removal of dirt, oil and grease, it has spray type or dip tank type.
Part 2: Water drying oven
The drying oven is to dry the wet workpiece after pretreatment, it is designed according to different heating requirements. The temperature is about 100ºC for 10-15 min.
Part 3: Powder coating booth with cyclone recovery system
Our powder booth is easy to clean, with quick color change system. It is also safe to operate and has no powder overflows out of the booth. The powder recovery system could be Multi-cyclone, Mono-cyclone with filters. Now normally use is Mono-cyclone quick color change system. The material of powder booth can be PP, stainless steel, powder coated carbon steel. Part 4: Powder spray guns and reciprocator Normally one reciprocator can carry 4 spray guns(based on workpiece size) up and down in programed stroke and speed, OURS reciprocator can increase powder coating uniformity for high finishing quality.
The gun can be our companty brand(OURS series) , GEMA or other brands you like.
Part 5: Powder curing oven
Curing oven can be tunnel type or bridge type. The temperature will be 180-200 ºC for 15-20min. Heating energy could be electricity, LPG, natural gas, diesel or others. Part 6: Conveyor system
We will provide the optimal design based on customer requirements. Different conveyors can be selected according to workpiece size and weight, such as overhead chain conveyor, floor conveyor, power and free conveyor, etc. Company Profile
