We adopt vertical type accumulating head of FIFO design and fine processing for inner parts. It's easy for changing plastic material or colors, this time can be reduced to 45 minutes. Our customers can save more time and material cost in this work link. Meanwhile, we also can make the accumulating head of double layer, triple layer, view stripe or double layer bestrew co-extrusion. Customers can save plastic material cost or increase the product strength.
The electrical control system includes :
HITECH colorful touch screen,
MISTUBISHI PLC,
/LG/RIKO/MEANWELL/OMRON low voltage electrical components,
DELTA inverters
parison controlling system.

We fix the earth wire connecting, open front door stop, emergency stop button, light curtains and power line insulation barrier to insure the operator's personal safety.

All electric cabinet is equiped with its separate cooling Fan for safety and long time running.
Your samples will be put in 3D measuring machine for making plane drawing & 3D drawing. After your confirmation to product design, the mould structure will be sent to you for negotiation. We use the good metal, hardened material, good design for cold runners to make your moulds. Meanwhile, the installation size matching with clamping unit is also taken into our consideration.
