The liquid mixing tank is designed and developed independently by YODEE. It is mainly suitable for the configuration of liquid detergent product, like detergent, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and so on. It integrates the functions of self-priming AES dissolving, stirring, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pumping and discharging. It is an ideal equipment for domestic and foreign manufacturers to configure washing products.
Technical Features
1.All-round wall scraping and stirring, using frequency conversion speed control, High-quality products with different processes can be produced according to customer requirements.
2.Diversified high-speed homogenizer, strong mixing of solid and liquid raw materials can quickly dissolve insoluble materials such as AES/AESA/LSA in liquid washing production, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening the production cycle.
3.The pot body is welded with three layers of stainless steel, and the tank body and pipes are mirror polished, which meets the requirements of GMP.
4.The tank body can heat and cool the material according to the process requirements.

Machine Type
YD-MT-1: The general liquid mixing tank is equipped with 0-63 rpm variable frequency speed regulation stirring, and the bottom is equipped with a high-speed homogenizer which can be variable frequency speed 0-3300 rpm, providing steam heating and electric heating for customers to choose. Usually suitable for large-scale industrial production.
YD-MT-2: Without a homogenizer mixing tank, it is mainly suitable for detergents, cleaning agents, and low-viscosity liquids. At the same time, it is equipped with a 0-63 rpm variable frequency stirring pot. It can also be used as a pretreatment dissolving pot, and is equipped with steam heating and electric heating.
YD-MT-3: Small single-pot mixing tank is suitable for pilot test or laboratory cost ratio analysis before large-scale industrial production, and can also be used as a pilot for small-scale production.
YD-MT-4: PVC anti-corrosion mixing tank is mainly suitable for corrosive products, such as toilet cleaner, etc.
YD-MT-5: The two main pot combined mixing tank are equipped with stirring and homogenization. In the case of relatively large output, the combined stirring pot can save the area of production and centralized feeding and discharging to the greatest extent.
