Product Description

The variable frequency motor and inverter are designed to control sheet stacking and transmitting with its speed in line with sheet speed. It is designed with auto counting for accurate order and stack change without sheet damage. The stacking platform is matched with AC servo controller for lifting, ensuring orderly and stable stacking without sheet damage.

Features The rear baffle adopts AC servo control for auto fast order change and accurate location. It is designed with five-sectional belt transmitting and speed variable frequency adjusting for orderly and stable sheet transmitting. The touch screen is equipped for obviously simple and reliable operating display. It comes with fully automatic running control for high efficiency, labor saving and low working intensity. The permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is matched for stable sheet transmitting in line with sheet speed. The high-speed encoder is adopted to track even the last sheet of current order online to separate it from the first sheet of next order. The belt adopts programmable PLC controller of DA module to realize frequency control of multi-section speed for stable and orderly stacking without sheet damage. The stacking part is designed with hanging-basket model for lifting controlled by the variable frequency drive. When certain quantity is achieved during stacking, the sheet shall be auto shifted outside with variable-frequency drive control. It's designed with standard communication interface, enabling it to easily connect with the central monitoring and management system for auto order change and management. 2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for Stacker is 45 days since deposit is received.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get to Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up and take you to factory.
