The special spiral inside the furnace bodycan make the materials in the furnace body move forward or backward during the furnace body rotation. By controlling the rotation speed of the furnace body, different carbonization can be achieved. For materials that require longer carbonization time, the speed can be adjusted slower, and the residence time in the entire carbonization furnace is shorter. For some short carbonization times, such as straws, the furnace body can be adjusted to rotate faster. In this way, the movement of the material is faster and the carbonization time is short.
