The cell storage liquid nitrogen tanks used in the laboratory are made of aviation aluminum, which is light in weight, takes up less space, has the advantages of low liquid nitrogen volatility and long-term sample storage. Its capacity ranges from 30 liters to 175 liters. Each cell storage tank is equipped with 6 cryopreservation racks and PC cryopreservation boxes adapted to the number of cryopreservation racks. It can accommodate up to 6,000 2mm or 1,800 5mm cryopreservation tubes, which can flexibly adapt to the needs of laboratories of different sizes, greatly improve the efficiency of sample management, and optimize the sample storage and access process.
The large-caliber design makes it easier and faster to put in and take out samples, while the high-strength neck tube effectively reduces the loss of liquid nitrogen and ensures the effective use of resources.
The tank body adopts a multi-layer insulation vacuum design, which can reduce the impact of external temperature on the internal environment and keep the liquid nitrogen at a low temperature, thereby better protecting the integrity of the sample.
This type of laboratory liquid nitrogen tank also supports the integration of intelligent monitoring systems. Users can remotely monitor the status of the tank and receive abnormal alarm information in time to ensure the safety of the sample.
In order to further improve the intelligence level of liquid nitrogen containers, we also provide an intelligent liquid nitrogen tank alarm. This product is equipped with a high-precision sensor probe imported from Switzerland, which can accurately measure the liquid level changes of liquid nitrogen. Powered by a large-capacity 18650 battery, it can continue to work for several months even in the case of power outages, ensuring data continuity. Through the cloud monitoring platform, users can view the status of the tank in real time through the web page or mobile phone APP anywhere, including key indicators such as temperature. When the environmental conditions exceed the preset range, the system will automatically send an alarm notification to help users take timely measures to prevent damage to the sample.
