2018 3008 3012 3025 Food Industry Metal Detector FE NON-FE SUS LW-IMD metal detector series are with DSP technology for detecting all metal contaminants detection in packaged or non-packaged food, including FE, Non-Fe(Copper, Aluminum, etc) and stainless steel. It's popular in various industries like, aquatic seafood products, meat or poultry, salted products, pastry, nuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, chemical raw material, pharmacy, cosmetics, toys, etc.
1. Face to the machine, material left-side in,right-side out or right-side in, left-side out are both available.
2. Automatic self-learning ability can quickly recognize the material which have been detected before and save time. 3. It can be customized according to the product to be detected and production line. 4. Environment in which temperature is between 0ºC to 40ºC and humidity is between 30 percent to 90 percent. 5. The whole frame is made of stainless steel 304, which meet food grade. 6. It is available for the metal detection of the products packed with paper, plastic and glass such non-metallic material. 7. The metal detection sensitivity depend on the environment in which the products are detected.
