Process Flow: This set of equipment utilizes high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam to directly come into contact with the grain leftovers. All the grain leftovers are placed in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment (with a temperature ranging from 85°C to 120°C and a pressure of 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa). Through the use of high temperature and high pressure, the grain leftovers are sterilized and inactivated (for 5 - 10 minutes) and are conveyed to the equipment cabin through a screw conveyor. The steam generator produces steam that directly contacts the materials. The motor and reducer drive the central shaft to rotate, and the stirring teeth on the central shaft are used for sterilization and inactivation. After the treatment is completed, the materials are automatically discharged through the discharge port. After the work is finished, the equipment is disinfected and cleaned. The equipment has a short processing time and meets the processing requirements. It can be operated by only one person.
Preparations before Operation:
1. Check whether the switch positions in the electrical control box are correctly placed as per the regulations, and whether the power supply voltage meets the specified requirements.
2. Check whether there is any leakage or short circuit in the power supply circuit.
3. According to the product process requirements, set the working pressure and working temperature in advance, and check whether the pressure control system is working properly.
4. Check whether the output pressure and air output of the air compressor meet the requirements (the pressure should be maintained at 0.2 MP).
5. Check whether the interfaces of each pipeline are tightened as per the regulations, and whether there is any air or water leakage.
6. Check whether the temperature control system is working properly.
