Product introduction
GP-3515 engineering concrete wet spraying jumbo is newly developed cost-efficient product to
adapt to the current tunnel construction. It is an electro-hydraulic integrated concrete spraying equipment which has absorbed the advantages of domestic and foreign famous brand products in design and manufacturing. The performance parameters have reached and exceeded the level of similar international products.
The key parts of the engineering concrete wet spraying jumbo adopt international and domestic well-known brand products.
The electrical system has PROFINET technology, and the engineering machinery controller based on the embedded system is the core. It is a real-time, effective, and flexible new control system that realizes the integration of electromechanical and hydraulic control. It is fully responsible for the engine, hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve and the composite control of the whole machine detects and protects the engine, hydraulic system and working state in real time, thus ensuring the high reliability and high stability of the whole machine. Meanwhile it is equipped with 90kw air compressor which suit for altitude no more than 2000m, no need external air source. Through our sell-developed "cloud-platform" technology,
we can do remote diagnosis of the machine, and realize the maintenance&repair reminder etc.
GP-3515F engineering concrete wet-spray jumbo has excellent structure, firmness and strong impact resistance. There are no blind spots in the construction of the working arm; the advantages of high construction efficiency fully reflect the company's tenet of "make construction easier". It mainly used for railway, road construction, slope support, tunneling projects, hydro-power engineering, building foundation pit, and civil underground engineering etc.

Spraying trajectory
Horizontal Spray: The mechanical boom can rotate 270°in the horizontal direction. It adopts two-stage telescoping, the extended length can reach up to 12m and the maximum spray diameter is about 27 meters.
Vertical Spray: the big boom can be raised upward by 70°. Small boom can be raised upward by 5°, downward by 110°.The maximum spray height is 15.8 meters, and the downward spray can be 7.4 meters.
