Working Princeple:Double Screws Cone Mixer is short for the cantilever Double Screws Cone Mixer.It is suitable for the solid – liquid,solid-solid materials mixing.The material barrel of the machine is an inverted cone,in which there are two non-symmetrical upgrading screw equipped.When the screw rotates,it will produce a lfting force to make the material to the upper of the barrel, and aggregates in the depression then falls down to fill up the vacancy.2.Application: It is widely used in chemical, food,building materials, rare earth, food, pesticides and dye production industry.a. Plastic, rubber, silicone rubber, dyes, pigments, inks.b.Chewing gum, bubble gum,pharmaceutical chemicals, carbon fiber.c. Milk powder, feed, additives, ceramics, refractory materials. 3. Features: (1)The mixer has many types. such as heating type, cooling type, vacuum type and heavier type.
