Spindle system:the spindle head is driven by oil pressure,whichhelps to smooth the feeding.The current control valve, which isvery easy to handle,may help to adjust the feeding rate. Variousspindle heads and tapping heads are available uponrequest.
Oil hydraulic sysem:due to the vane pump with wariable capacity.it is of low noise and low heat, and runs smoothly.
The high current electro magnetic valve ensures its stable andsmooth running.Electruc control system: the main electric elem-ents are Telemecanique(a French brand)elements. Made per int-ernational uniform standard, its compatibility and exch angea-bility are very high. The PLC is applied to the multi-spindlesystem, with which, it is of low failure, easy maintenance andchangeabilty.
Various drilling heads and tapping heads are available uponrequest.
Various air clamps, oil pressureclamps, air cylinders and oil-cylinders are available upon request.
The spindle speed is adjustable and specific designs for airand oil pressure clamps are available upon actual request.
