3.QT40-1 hollow block machineadopts bottom mould directional vertical vibration and upper mould pressurized vibration to make the product molding fast, high density and strength uniform. Design of QT40-1 hollow block machine is very reasonable, pushing-pulling mould is driven by electromotor, manual feeding, very simple to operate, compared with QT40-2 baking-free brick machine, it's with higher automatic, and save 1-2 workers, and labor intensity is relatively low. In 8 hours it can produce the solid bricks (240*115*53mm) about 11000 pieces.
