Product Description
With the progress of society, more and more people pay more attention to healthy eating life.Among them, textured soy protein is an extremely important meat substitute in vegetarian diet.
How is the textured soy protein formed?
At present, textured soy protein is mainly made from defatted soybean powder, soybean protein concentrate or soybean protein isolate by stirring, extrusion, swelling, drying and other processes. Its nutrition is not less than meat products.
Drying is a very important process.
We use hot air drying equipment and microwave drying equipment to test 5kg of materials at the same time, and test time is five minutes. The test results show that the materials do not change after dried by hot air dryer, and the moisture remains the same; After dried by microwave drying equipment, the material is completely dry. The experimental results show that the microwave drying equipment does not need preheating and has strong penetration, so the microwave drying equipment can dry textured Soy Protein quickly.
1. Textured soy protein has good oil retention, use it to make food clean, not greasy;
2. Easy to use, soak in room temperature water for 30 minutes, it can be added to make a variety of food;
3. Textured soy protein does not contain cholesterol, people with cardiovascular disease can rest assured to eat;
4. Textured soy protein is an ideal plant protein, containing eight amino acids necessary for the human body (leucine, isoleucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, phenylalanine and valine);
5. The shape of textured soy protein is divided into flake, large and granular type, so that it is more widely used for different purposes.
Among them, the textured soy protein microwave dryer has gradually replaced the traditional oven drying,greatly improve the quality and yield of textured soy protein.
