It is proved by experienced practices that this equipment is high efficient for recovery of placer gold, rock gold, lode gold and monomeric gold in multi-metal ore. It had earned high reputation for replacing mercury plate or any toxic chemical, removing the chemical harm to human body and conductive to environmental protecting.Application shows that the recovery rate can be as high as90% in tin ore, Pb ore, antimony ore, sliver ore, gold ore,etc.especially for the case less than 2.5mm heavy ores, can reach to 92%.Note: The standard slurry density in feeding is 35%, The water pressure level in separation process is 0.03-0.06Mpa. This figure is only for your reference, for example: named the water pressure as A=0.02mpa, B=0.03mpa, C=0.04mpa, and then testing these threefigures to check the gold concentration grade, delete the lowest grade matched figure, and then text again to choose the most suitable water pressure figure.centrifugal concentrator gold recovery / centrifugal concentrator mining / centrifugal mineral concentratorWorking principle of Mineral Sand Mining Recovery Machine with Centrifugal Concentrator(1).Central transmission shaft is driven by motor through belt, and then make the inner concentrate cone rotate in high speed.(2).Fluidization water is introduced into the concentrate cone through central transmission shaft, and then spraying water to ring groove from inner cone holes, called backwash water.
