1. The separation effect of soil and potatoes is good. The front floating disc knife is used to cut the ground along both sides of the potato ridge together with weeds, which is conducive to the excavation of parts and prevents the stems and vines and weeds from winding and blocking on both sides of the machine; The profiling suppression depth limiting device not only crushes the hard shell on the soil surface of the ridge body, makes the potato soil loose, and improves the separation effect of potato soil. Moreover, it can ensure the depth of digging shovel, dig potatoes fully without damaging potatoes, and reduce power consumption. The two-stage wavy grid transport separator is made of high-performance alloy steel through special heat treatment process. It has the characteristics of good elasticity, high strength, good wear resistance, etc., so that the separation effect of potato and soil can reach the best, and the sticky and sandy soil layers can be harvested.
2. Low skin breaking rate: scientifically adjust different vibration amplitude according to potato soil content and potato movement track at different stages of transportation. The grid type transportation separation device is mainly composed of toothed tape, special steel grid, driving wheel, passive wheel and shaking wheel. The driving wheel is a rubber tooth, which is well meshed with the steel grid, with light wear, long service life, reliable use, and less damage to potatoes, reducing the potato skin breaking rate by less than 2%.
3. The effect of soil clearing is good. The harvested potatoes enter the soil clearing and seedling removing device after excavation and separation of potato and soil. The rubber roller with special shape is used for counter rotation to effectively remove the clay on the potato skin. The seedling removing shaft pulls the potato seedlings away, making the harvested potatoes cleaner.
4. High conveying efficiency. The conveying arm is foldable and takes up less space. The entire lifting conveying device is divided into continuous U-shaped potato bags by a 20cm plastic mesh fence at an equal distance. The potatoes will not roll during the lifting process. It is more stable than the slope conveying device, with a larger lifting angle and higher efficiency. The high-strength, perforated and elastic mesh conveying device is used to further screen the clay on the potato skin during the conveying process.
5. The machine runs quickly without vibration, grass blocking, soil leakage and long service life. The earth angle of the digging device is consistent with the lifting angle of the conveying and separating device to solve the problem of soil accumulation after shoveling; The whole machine adopts the laser cutting machine for blanking, which is precise and beautiful, with high concentricity, high-precision sealed bearings, abrasion resistant rubber wheels, never entering the soil, and has a long service life.
