The workpiece height can be 300mm high. Max can reach 650mm high according to customer requirement. Machine applied CNC system and is integrated with high frequency heating. One drawer or box can be finished 5-20 seconds. After heating, the glue will be curved and become solid, which can help customer improve the efficiency a lot and reduce labor intensity.
Features of machine:
New design heating electrodes can heat 300mm high workpiece or more. Servo motor, ball screw, and linear guide rail can make sure the high quality and precision of assembly work (diagonal tolerance is around 0.2mm) High frequency technology only heats glue line but not wood, which can help customer save the production time (5-20 seconds can finish one door assembly) and electricity (Each frame costs is less than 0.06KWh) Precision drawer / box assembly press is controlled by PLC automatically. System can storage different frame size inside and locate the required size auto. Workers can select the dimension and machine move automatically to assembly the target frame. Easy to learn and convenient to operate. It is the best choice for wooden door, PVC wrapped door assembly such as photo frame, cabinet door, closet door, as well as other kinds frame and doors.
