Our coarse crusher has two functions mainly:
1. Crush raw materials into flakes or granules like ginger granules,chilli flakes,tea granules,black pepper granules,biscuit flakes,herb granules...etc
2.It is used as a primary crusher before grinding. For example, if we need to make cinnamon powder, we shall crush the long and big cinnamon into pieces, then feed the pieces into pulverizer, otherwise the cinnamon is too big to be fed into the pulverizer.
Application and work method of our coarse crusher
It's applied in food,chemical and pharmaceutical lines.
Raw material is fed into the crush chamber through the feed hopper,then crushed and cut by the fixed and rotating knives in the chamber, and flows to the exit automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force.

Characteristics of grinder Because of its simple structure, firm and stable operation and good crushing effect, The crushed materials can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the host machine, and the required particle size can be obtained by installing screens with different apertures. In addition, the whole machine is made of stainless steel. The inner surface of the shell becomes smooth after processing, which changes the powder residue caused by the rough inner surface of the previous model. Therefore, the production of powder can better meet the requirements of national standards and GMP.
