1. Working Method
(1) The machine uses the relative movement between the active fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to impact, grind and crush the target materials.
(2) The size of granules can be achieved by changing of the screen.
2. Introduction
(1) The machine has the fea-tures of easy structure. Solid, stable running and good efficiency.
(2) The crushed ma-terial is discharged directly from the grinding chamber of the main frame.
(3) In addi-tion, the whole machine is, made of stainless steel, with smooth inside walls to and avoid powder accumulation on the inside walls.
(4) The machine are in accordance with national require-ment, achieving "GMP" standard.
We can help design any mode for you like: Fluted disc, pin mode, turbo mode, air cooled, hammer mode, sieve of different sizes, and different capacity.
Notes:
1,According to your different material and also the mesh you want to crusher,the more fine powder you crush,the less capacity,hope you can understand.
2,For example,if you want to get 120mesh powder,the capacity will be 120kg\hour,if you want to get 12mesh powder,the capacity will be 1500kg\h.
