It is suitable for the secondary sterilization equipment of bottled and canned food, which is composed of automatic control system composed of process tank, hot water tank, pump and connecting pipe, PLC and touch screen. Used for sterilization of various beverages and foods, especially for products with high viscosity and large capacity. For example: eight treasures porridge, meat sauce, canned meat, canned fish, rice drinks and other products sterilization treatment.
Main Feature
1. Idirect heating and cooling,avoid secondary pollution.
2.Heating and cooling gradually,prevent products from being damaged by big heat shock.
3.Excellent heat distribution ,consistent product quality.
4.Programmable temperature,time ,pressure control.
5.Use small amout of soft water as process water,save enery ,make sure good product appearance.

1.Sterilization of products in aluminum and tinplate cans, glass jars, pouches and trays;
2.Excellent homogeneity inside the machine and a gentile product treatment;
3.Reduction of the sterilization time as effect of the cynetic force of the rotation combined with the both fixed and rotating sprayers;
