Instructions of animal feed pellet machine:
1. Start the machine only after adding hypoid gear oil to the gearbox.
2. Install the pellet machine smoothly, whether the steering meets the requirements, whether the screws in each part are loose, loosen the adjustment screw on the roller shaft seat, so that the feed machine is in a no-load state, and it can be put into use after it starts and runs normally.
3. Before using the new machine for the first time, take 10 kg of sawdust (or grass meal) vegetable oil or waste machine oil, mix well, and turn the adjustment screw. Make the speed of the two rollers the same, gradually add the oil feed, and continue to tighten the adjusting screw to slowly produce pellets.
The extruded pellets are repeatedly rolled to make the die hole smooth and smooth, and then slowly add the required processing mixture For feed processing, if the die hole resistance is large, the output is low or the material is not discharged, the template can be repeatedly ground according to the above method to make the die hole smooth and lubricated before processing.
4. In the feed processing, if there is more refined fiber, about 5% of the water should be added. If there are more refined materials in the mixed feed, the amount of water added can be reduced as appropriate. After processing, add a little oil that has been mixed with edible oil in advance, which is beneficial to the next time. Turn on the machine to prevent the feed from drying in the hole after the animal feed pellet machine stops.
5. After processing, loosen the adjustment screw to make the rollers in a free state. After the machine stops, remove the remaining material deposits in the upper and lower bins, especially the remaining material at the bottom of the plate to avoid damage to the bearing(pellet press machine).
