Machine Structure: The main castings of the machine are crafted from premium-quality cast iron, meticulously annealed to eliminate internal stress, ensuring unparalleled precision and rigidity while significantly extending the machine's lifespan. Slide Way: The machine features a double V slide way, both left-right and front, coated with wear-resistant resin TI URCITE-B. This, combined with precision hand-scraped surfaces, ensures exceptionally smooth sliding and superior wear resistance, making it ideal for forming and grinding applications.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Equipped with a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing, this spindle offers low noise, minimal vibration, and large torque during high-speed rotations. It is perfectly suited for heavy-duty cutting and various types of forming grinding, delivering outstanding performance and reliability.
Automatic Lubrication System: This machine incorporates a sophisticated circulating automatic lubrication system. As soon as the main spindle starts, the lubricating oil circulates automatically, providing forced lubrication to every screw and slide. This significantly reduces the wear and tear on the slide ways. An oil mirror installed above the column allows for easy monitoring of the lubrication status.
