Bottle leak testing machine working principle: (Air leakage testing machine)
AQT bottle leak testing machine adopted difference pressure testing evolutionary system of Italy. Higher precision and good stable, we can detect leak hole range 0.05-0.1mm. When the leak tester testing, if the container/bottles has a big hole, the high pressure transducer will detected it soon, if just very tiny leak, the low pressure transducer will enlarge 10 times pressure with the bottle inside, the micro leak will be found by our machine. Some other leak tester from China just use one high pressure transducer, so it’s very different to test the tiny leak.
