So, this pipe production line is a preferred for ductwork system of gas, water pipe and agricultural irrigation pipe between city and village. Plastic pipe machine is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of single extruder machine, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless/non-dust cutter) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Features of Pipe Machine: 1- 30m/min of maximum lineal extrusion speed, big capacity and low power consumption, and achieved multi- layers co extrusion with 1-5 layers.
2- The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running of extruder.
3- Material feed via spiral groove, efficient transmission and can effectively reduce back-pressure on extruder.
4- Unique design (barrier, shearing and mixing zone) guarantees a uniformed plasticizing effect, and can reduce the pressure on the screw which guarantees a high speed and stable output capacity.

Details :
High efficiency extruder is designed for HDPE pipe, equipped with GNORD reducer which is high speed and low noise, feeding section with cooling unit and reversing spiral groove, different pitch undulant screw which allows great output, lower melting temperature, and lower energy consumption. Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and glossy.
2)ABA 3 layers mold die head
Extrusion die-head, pipe extrusion mould, vacuum calibrators.
Single layer extrusion mould, double layers extrusion die moudld, three-layers extrusion molds.
3)9000mm vacuum water spraying tank
