Product Description
The roller of the rubber crusher mill is mainly used for the crushing of waste tires, the crushing of raw rubber, and the crushing of waste steel wire radial tires. The roll surface of the roller is generally selected with groove structure, which is convenient for shredding waste rubber. There are generally two kinds of roll materials, one is chilled cast iron alloy, mainly used for crushing waste rubber and raw rubber without steel wire. The other is the main cast steel material with groove and the roll surface is welded with wear-resistant alloy, which is mainly used for crushing the waste steel wire radial tire. Because the waste steel wire wears the roll groove faster, the production capacity of the rubber crusher mill is reduced. The cast steel roll has repeatable weldability, and the groove with serious wear can be re-welded and repaired to restore the production capacity. Therefore, the roll of casting steel welding rubber crusher mill is widely used in the domestic crushing market.
