LHS0551 is a new, wide applicability, simple operation and maintenance hydroseeder. 5000L(1320Gallon), 51kw Cummins diesel engine, Industrial grade Air-controlled large torque clutch.

- Specially design centrifugal pump: 4''x2'', capacity 73m /h;
- Spraying distance of up to 60m from cannon;
- Dual cannons design for spraying on both sides of the machine for hard-to reach areas;
- Swivelable hydraulic hose reel with reel in and reel out functionality;
- Twin mechanical agitators with helical paddle orientation and liquid recirculation;
- Removable hoppers for mulch hatch and normal fill well;

1. The material of main structure is made of high-quality structural steel. No matter how worse the conditions are, it ensures the seeder is sturdy and solid. And it has reasonable, generous appearance. Painted with imported painting to guarantee of three-year no fading.
2. Advanced technology, it even works for mud materials that have poor mobility, no blocking, and no stopping, well adaptation of various materials, and big output pressure.
3. Two mixing models, blades mixing and circular spray, are powerful enough to ensure the spraying mixture in the planting process is in fully suspended and fully mixed stated, evenly emitting the mixture of raw materials at one time.
4. It has strong power, the maximum head can be above 60m, and be equipped with many types of spray guns, which extend the maximum operation scope from 200m to 300m; fan-shaped spray nozzle or mist spraying is more suitable for close-distance planting to meet various requirements.
5. This machine has wide usage, not only can be applied in spraying planting for rice, grass, trees, flowers, seeds, and other crops, but also in irrigation, fertilization, pesticide spraying, and other daily care, and soil improvement work. This machine can also mix different materials like seeds, fertilizer, soil conditioner, seed adhesives, moisturizer, straw, fiber covering materials, yellow soil, red soil, sandy soil, and clay, evenly emitting slurry materials with big proportion, high and super concentration

1. Q: What is the guarantee period of hydroseeding equipment?
A: It is one year count from one month after the shipping date except for wearing parts. We will send some wearing parts of machine and diesel engine when delivery.
2. Q: What is the diesel engine brand of hydroseeding machine?
A: Usually we adopt Dongfanghong or Huangfeng diesel which is famous in China, we also can supply Cummins diesel and Deutz diesel.
3. Q: What is the ratio of soil, grass seed, fertilizer, etc?
A: The ratio depends on the soil locally. So it is better for you to take some photos of your soil, and tell us the slope angle, height, soil condition, etc. then we will recommend you a suitable ratio.
4. Q: Can you supply or introduce to me grass seed supplier?
A: No problem, our factory is manufacturing and selling hydroseeder for many years in China, and there is a good cooperator of grass seed suppliers.
5. Q: What is the horizontal and vertical working distance of hydroseeding machine?
A: Our hydroseeding equipment max. horizontal spraying distance is 38-45m with gun, max. vertical spraying distance is 40m with gun; max. horizontal conveying distance is 100-120m with hose, max. vertical conveying distance is 80m with hose.
6. Q: If your projects are slope greening, what is the slope ratio?
A: For our PB series hydroseeder, its maximum slope angle is 60°, if it is larger than 60degree, it is better to choose our PB-15SR and PB-25SR series thicker hydroseeder.
7. Q: Which project will you do with hydroseeder?
A: For slope greening, golf course, lawn, or other landscape projects.
