Arm Kneader is an ideal equipment , design for mixing , kneading , crushing , dispersing high viscosity plastic materials , and has good performance in uniform mixing , no dead ends and high efficiency kneading It has six major components . kneading part , base part , the transmission system , vacuum system , hydraulic system , electric control system , etc .Place of all the contact material is made of stainless steel . There are three choices of oil circulation , electric heating , steam and water cooling.The heating and cooling can be carried out according to the requirements made of the cylinder jacket , wallboard jacket ,stirring blade pass water through hot oil structure . Discharge hydraulic cylinder turned ; screw the material under the loading and other forms .The paddle shaft seal with a unique equilibrium structure of the vacuum tank to prevent the the fillers wear particles into the cylinder , particularly favorable to improve the system vacuum and material purity.It is widely used in many industries : high viscosity sealant , silicone rubber , BMC , adhesive , also , used in batteries , ink , pigments , dyes , pharmaceuticals , resins , plastics , rubber , cosmetics ects.
