1.The machine tool control system adopts Taiwan's new generation system, and other CNC systems are optional.
2.The base and the bed are integrally cast with resin sand, which has strong shock resistance and is not easy to deform. The bed is inclined at 45°, and the large cariage and tool post are inclined to make the operation of the machine tool and the chip removal convenient. Beautiful appearance design,less space occupation.
3.The main shaft adopts Taiwan high-precision main shaft, which contains Japanese NSK precision bearings. The main shaft flange can be directly installed with a three-jaw self-centering hydraulic chuck or other elastic chuck.
4.The transmission part of the machine tool adopts high-precision P3 ball screw and high-speed linear rail from Taiwan HIWIN/PMI. The X-axis and Z-axis adopt high-rigidity linear rails, and the optimized span between the rail and the rail, low resistance, high rigidity, high precision, and displacement speed up to 24M/min, improve work efficiency
5.It can process long shafts and large disk products; lender bars can be equipped with a tol holder.
The Y-axis realizes co mpound processing, and the Y-axis function of the turret can cope with the
processing of complex shapes.

2. Machine body is cast in one piece. The lathe bed tilts by 45°and the inclined placement of lathe carriage.
