Product Introduction
The sintered powder metal filter is made of metal powder pressed through a mold and then sintered at a high temperature. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, uniform pore size distribution, good air permeability, cleanable regeneration, welding, and machining, etc.
The sintered powder metal filters are widely used in gas-liquid filtration and separation in the fields of the chemical industry, medicine, beverage, food, metallurgy, petroleum, environmental protection and fermentation, dust removal, sterilization, and oil mist removal of various gases and steam, gas buffer, etc.

Applications
1. Filtration/Separation of Liquid and Gas
TOPTITECH filters have the ability to either partially or entirely remove particle materials from a liquid or gaseous medium. Particulate matter can comprise undesired chemical and biological contaminants as well as suspended particles (sediment, metal chips, salt, etc.). It can also include algae, bacteria, fungal spores, and bacteria. Pore diameters in capstan filters range from 0.2 m to 100 um.

A gas is introduced into a liquid during sparging. It is used to either strip away a dissolved volatile liquid or an undesired dissolved gas (oxygen stripping). Moreover, a gas can be introduced into a liquid using it (carbonization). Traditionally, sparging produced 6 mm-diameter bubbles. Even lower bubble diameters are possible with TOPTITECH filter sparging, which increases the bubbles' surface area and speeds up the sparging process.
3. Breathing Ports
In cylinders, gear boxes, manifolds, hydraulic systems, reservoirs, and other systems, TOPTITECH filters are frequently employed as breathing vents. Breather vents let air or gas flow into and out of a system while keeping particulates from getting inside and allowing for pressure equalization. Metal filters have a longer lifespan as a breather vent than other filter media because they may be backwashed to remove particulate particles.
4. Sensor protection
Electronic parts, thermometers, various sensors, vital parts of medical systems, and other delicate products can all be protected with sensor protection filters from water, liquids, sediment, dust, and pressure changes.
5.(Throttling/Dampening) Flow Control
An air, gas, vacuum, and fluid flow system can use TOPTITECH filters to regulate flow. The filter's homogeneous pore sizes provide constant, repeatable flow management and can shield downstream components like sensors, valves, and other components from pollutants. Pneumatic clocks, gas supply control components, and time delay components are a few examples of applications where flow control is applied.
6. Exhaust mufflers
TOPTITECH filters can function as an exhaust silencer by being sinter-bonded to any necessary fitting. In addition to preventing pollutants from entering the system and damaging solenoids and manifolds, the filter also helps to reduce exhaust noise. Also, the exhaust silencer filters reduce the volume of air being blown out of the system, which reduces pollutants drifting and safeguards adjacent equipment.
7. Pressure/Flow Equalization
The flow rate and pressure in a system can be equalized and controlled with TOPTITECH filters. As the gas or liquid passes across the even pores, equalization shields systems from a surge of liquid and generate a consistent flow.
Package and Shipment
1. Titanium Plate Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
