Performance characteristics:
1. The lead-free tin furnace is equipped with a high-power heating core, which can quickly dissolve lead-free tin bars. It only takes about 25 minutes to reach 450C from room temperature (there may be slight differences depending on the size of the tin furnace).
2. Adopting microcomputer chip intelligent control, dual digital display, intuitive and clear, high thermal sensitivity, rapid temperature return, and fast temperature compensation.
3. The lead-free tin pot is made of imported titanium material, which is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and durable.
4. The setting data of this tin furnace is directly inputted using touch buttons, which is simple and accurate.
5. The data set by the machine can be stored for a long time without being affected by shutdown or power outage.

Operation method and function setting:
1. Temperature setting:
(1) Turn on the power switch of the tin furnace, and the operation panel will display the temperature measurement value of 3.0.0 and the temperature setting value of 2.8.0.0. Use the plus or minus keys directly to adjust the temperature setting
Fixed value, pressing the plus or minus keys once will increase or decrease by -- units, long pressing the plus or minus keys can continuously increase or decrease, and the set temperature value is within the set range
After the last two seconds, it will automatically be stored for a long time, unaffected by power on or off.
(2) Turn on the power supply of the tin furnace, and the operation panel will display the temperature measurement value of 3.0.0 and the temperature setting value of 2.8.0.0. Use the shift key * to adjust the temperature setting value,
After which number does the decimal point stop, you can use the plus or minus keys to adjust the number. The set temperature value automatically increases after two seconds of setting
Shelf life, not affected by power on or off.
2. Microcomputer self-tuning:
If the deviation between the temperature measurement value and the temperature setting value is too high (3-5 degrees), or if the deviation between the temperature measurement value and the actual furnace temperature is too high (10-20 degrees).
Please perform self-tuning operation. Press and hold the shift key for three seconds, and the temperature controller will automatically enter self-tuning mode, displaying AT and set temperature with two subtitles
The temperature value you set will be displayed normally only when the self setting is completed within 20 minutes and 40 minutes, with continuous cross flashing. Before the end of self tuning,
If you want to exit, press and hold the shift key * until the flashing stops. The factory parameter values are optimized values and generally do not require self tuning.
