Process flow
Small animal feed plant is the abbreviation of small manual batching feed processing line. Generally the capacity is 1-2tph. The investment for complete plant is low, and all equipment can be installed in the workshop. Meanwhile, the civil works is simple and the cost is low. It is especially suitable for small feed mills and farms.

Project description
Raw material receiving & grinding & mixing section
The grains and powder materials are fed separately, after quickly grinding by hammer mill , the mixer mixes all the materials evenly. Meanwhile, the additives and oil can be fed into the mixer directly during mixing.
Pelletizing & cooling & packing section
High efficient pelletizing by ring die pellet mill, then cooler machine reduces the pellet temperature and moisture of the pellet feed, and the pellet can be packaged in bags by manual after sifting.
