FEATURES
1.8x2000 8x2500 Economic electric Mechanical Symmetrical automatic 3 three slip roll roller rolling machine
2.The machine is composed by two main parts, there are working parts and transmission parts. Working parts include two lower roll and one upper roll with roll bearings. The lower roll is the capstan, the upper roll is driven roll. Height of upper roll can be adjusted freely. Besides, the transmission part contain main motor, reduction box, etc.
3.The main motor drive the main reduction box, and then the main reduction box drive the lower roll. Direction of rotation of the lower roll can be controlled by the main motor.
4.Subsidiary motor drive the subsidiary reduction box, then the upper roll could perform vertical movement.
5.Unloading equipment can help operater take out finished products.
6.Worm gear box is sealed, worm gear immersed in oil, reducing its friction, increasing the life of the worm gear.
7.Chassis is machined through planer to improve the accuracy of the rolling process.
