Working principle:
The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other under a certain speed ratio. The material from the feeding port is entrained into the roll gap and is squeezed and sheared by the rotor. After passing through the roll gap, it encounters the sharp edge of the mixing chamber "W" and is divided into The two parts respectively return to the top of the rotor along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotor. The materials are inside the closed mixing chamber, under certain pressure and temperature conditions, carry out strong shearing and mixing, so that the formula materials are fully dispersed and plasticized, so that the formula can exert the best effect.
